Christ’s Body Ministries is an inner-city pipeline for people in the larger body of Christ to serve poor, homeless, and broken people of all backgrounds, ages, races, and faiths. Since 1990, this 501(c)3 non-profit organization has been supported by the tax deductible donations of volunteers, churches, businesses, groups, foundations, and other benefactors.

Helping Paula (November 2014)

Dear Friends,   Sarah Newell has served as helper friend and case manager to our homeless friends for over 20 years. She wanted to share with you about just one, Paula.     In the sea of faces at Christ’s Body, in the lunchroom or courtyard I have become familiar with most the regular faces. Many have names and stories attached, many others float on the edge of being known and I’ve learned to respect that distance until they decide to step forward with a specific greeting... 

Brother’s In Christ (October 2014)
